Frequently Asked Questions

Select a package, date, start time, quantity of hours needed, final destination & give us a call to verify the availability or complete the call back request form. A staff member will reach out within 24 to 48 hours. 

Reserve early in advance as possible to secure the date & time of your choice. Dates cannot be held without a deposit. Transports scheduled less than 12 days away from the pickup date require a full payment.

Gratuity fees are not included in the prices listed but highly recommended & greatly appreciated.  

A 50% payment via credit card is required to reserve. The balance is due 12 days prior to the transport. Full payments are also accepted. Reservations made less than 12 days away from the transport date are required in full.

Payments are NON- REFUNDABLE. An additional re-booking fee is required to reschedule a date or modify the start time.  Rescheduling is permitted once. A reschedule notice is required 7 days prior to the transport date otherwise all payments will be forfeited.

A refund will not be issued should the renter choose to terminate the transport early. The quantity of hours originally reserved cannot be modified unless it's an hourly add on fee or upgraded package. 

Failure to communicate & pay the original balance on the due date will result in a forfeited payment & date. 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS 

We do not accept American Express.

The deposit & balance is required to be resolved with the same card.

Refrain from attempting to pay with a card if it doesn't belong to you.

Please note that we're required to speak with the authorized user of the card to explain the policy & receive their permission to process the payment.

A signature is required & must match the I.D or driver's license of the renter. 

INCLIMENT WEATHER POLICY

Cancellation fees will be waived should the weather become inclement. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather & a credit will be issued minus a rebooking fee. Credits expire on the december 31st of each calendar year.

Luxurious Transportation LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by an act of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions, severe weather conditions after the passengers board the vehicle. Reserving an additional hour is highly recommended for concerts, comedy shows, plays, graduations, parades, festivals, amusement parks, Beal Street or downtown activities.

Penalties are required to be resolved at the time of the violation to avoid the termination of the transport. 

The chauffeur will announce the safety guidelines & a small portion of the policy over the mic prior to the start of the transport which will include:

escape exits, fire extinguisher, vomit bags, none smoking & no standing on the seats policy

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PASSENGERS GET SICK DURING THE TRANSPORT

A cleaning fee will be required should a passenger vomit aboard the bus. 

The transport will be temporary paused to tend to the clean-up & to determine if the passenger needs medical attention. The cleaning fee will be waived if the vomit does not touch the surface of the interior & if the smell does not linger.

A lingering vomit smell could potentially affect the next group of passengers and lead to the company being asked for a refund or discount due to the inconvenience. 

Smoking, vaping or leaving excessive trash on the bus will result in a penalty fee with no exceptions. 

The renter will assume the responsibility regarding damages & penalties should the bus becomes damages during the transport. Visit the documents portion of the website to view the details regarding the contract.  

Drinks are allowed. Food is prohibited.

Underage drinking is prohibited. The driver may ask to view I.D to ensure that underage passengers are abiding by the law. Failure to provide proof of I.D & underage drinking will result in the termination of the transport.

The buses are equipped with a blue tooth sound system. The driver will issue the blue tooth password & the renter can connect their device to the sound system.
